Your first connection in 4net

Add a subscription, choose a server and stay in touch with your provider.

Add and connect

  1. Install 4net from your platform’s official store. Obtain a subscription from your provider.
  2. On iOS, open the provider’s Add to 4net link, or paste the subscription URL using the plus button. A valid deep link imports automatically; a partial import can retain supported servers.
  3. Select a server and press the large connection button. Allow the VPN configuration when iOS asks.
  4. Open a website to check the connection. A latency measurement alone does not confirm VPN traffic.

Refresh and appearance

Use the circular refresh arrow on the subscription card. A green tick briefly confirms success; a red cross indicates an error. Subscription themes and logos come from your provider after refresh. System, light and dark appearance are available in settings. If the provider reports expiry or a device limit, follow its notice and contact support.

Messages, support and notifications

Open Provider message to read the announcement, banner and links. Account opens the address set by the provider. Provider support opens an in-app conversation when connected, or the external support link. For reply alerts and news, allow iOS notifications and check the corresponding app preferences. Notification delivery depends on your permission and system settings.

Never post your subscription URL or keys publicly. For troubleshooting, send the error text, app version, network type and the action that failed to your provider.
